In the second level, we begin to open the Central channel (Zhong-Mai), which connects the crown and perineum in our body (Baihui and Huiyin points), and passes through all three dantians. At the second stage, we work out one part of the Central channel: between the lower and middle Dantians.
Moving the ball and establishing a connection between two Dantians is called ” raising water to the fire and immersing the fire into the water” by Chinese. As the result, swelling and fatigue in legs disappear, kidneys begin to work better, and heart function also improves.
Another aim of opening the Central channel is to increase the energy entering the brain area. As a result, the brain begins to work faster, the strength of one’s physical body increases, the person becomes more active, more mobile.

1: Put your hands on your lower Dantian, close your eyes and relax.
2: Imagine a red energy ball in your lower Dantian.
3: Slowly move the ball up to your middle Dantian.
4: Visualize the red energy ball in your middle Dantian.
5: Slowly move the ball down to your lower Dantian.
6: Visualize the red energy ball in your lower Dantian.
7: Keep doing this for 30 minutes.
8: Move the ball down to the lower Dantian.
9: Visualize the red energy ball in your lower Dantian.
