The first preparation exercise is called “Child Addressing The Teacher”. In this exercise we develop our ability to learn directly in the most effective way. Children learn very quickly. Their mind is open and receptive. While imagining yourself as a child you become open to everything new.
The teacher in this exercise is a symbol of the knowledge or abilities that you want to develop. Before doing the exercise, you can imagine anyone or anything from whom you want to learn at this moment of your life.

1: Put your feet shoulder width apart.
2: Bring your palms together in front of your chest.
3: Rotate them towards yourself eight times.
4: Then rotate your palms in the opposite direction, away from yourself. Do it eight times.
5: Slowly relax your hands and bring them down.
6: Return your feet back to your natural stance.
