The sixth preparation exercise is called “Mixing the Yin Yang ball”, which literally means “mixing, embracing, the Moon and the Sun” in Chinese.
In the fifth preparation exercise, we fill our ball with the energy of Sky and Earth. Next, we need to mix these two energies, making the ball homogeneous. The sixth preparation exercise is a logical continuation to the fifth. Therefore, they are always practiced together.
If you practice this exercise regularly, the ball will be felt even outside the body. It will create a thick protective rotating energy shell.

1: Put your feet a bit wider than shoulder-width.
2: Let your hands feel the Energy in the lower Dantian.
3: Move the ball up to the middle Dantian and enlarge it.
4: Imagine the ball between your hands filling with energy.
5: Move the ball left and right 8 times.
6: Further rotate the ball 8 times.
7: Slowly make the ball smaller and concentrate it in the middle dantian.
8: Move the ball down to lower dantian.
