The second preparation exercise is called “Hands Observing Images”. Our hands are closely connected with the brain. “The universe is in the hands of a person” – said a Chinese sage. Modern science has proven that human consciousness creates a powerful effect on the biological activity of the hands. About a third of the signals received by the cerebral cortex come from fingers or palms. With a certain training, the hands stimulate the brain, making thinking more flexible. In this exercise, we strengthen the connection between hands and brain, consciously train the sensitivity of the palms and the ability to perceive more information through them.

1: Put your feet shoulder-width apart.
2: Imagine yourself incredibly big.
3: Slowly raise your hands upward to the sides with palms facing down.
4: Connect your hands in front of you.
5: Move your arms out to the sides eight times.
6: Now turn your palms up.
7: Move your arms out to the sides eight times.
8: Flip your palms and slowly bring your hands down.
9: Return your feet to your natural position.
