The seventh preparation exercise is called “Taking Moon from the Sea.” From the point of view of Chinese philosophy, Moon and water have similar qualities. When we take a reflection of the Moon from the water, we gain a lot of Yin energy into our body. This practice helps us to calm down our Heart and Mind, and it becomes easier to enter into a state of inner silence.

Also, the seventh preparation exercise will help you to open the upper Dantian, develop the Central channel Zhong-Mai and activate the area of the Third eye.

1: Imagine a sea surface in front of you and a bright moon in the sky.

2: Look at the water and see a white reflection of the moon.

3: Stretch your hands to the water, take the moon, reduce it, and put it into the upper Dantian.

4: Move the moon along the central channel down to the lower Dantian.

5: Repeat it 8 times.

6: Then take the moon out of the water, put it into the upper Dantian, and move to the middle Dantian.

7: Repeat it 8 times.

8: Finally, take the moon out of the water, put it into the upper Dantian, and keep it there.

9: Repeat it 8 times.
