In the third stage, we continue to practice the Big Tree exercise. Here we work with the upper Dantian and the area between the eyebrows (Mingtang point). Upper Dantian is associated with wisdom, compassion, and your abilities.

1: Relax your body. The legs are slightly bent at the knees.
2: Slowly raise your hands and set them at the Ming Tang point level.
3: Imagine holding a ball between your palms and a point between your eyebrows.
4: Imagine yourself as a big tree.
5: Imagine that there is another you in front of you and he is also doing the exercise “Big Tree”.
6: Keep doing this for 30 minutes.
7: Now take your second self inside and become one person with it.
8: Reduce the ball and collect it in the upper Dantian.
9: Move the ball down through the middle Dantian, to the lower Dantian.
10: Concentrate the energy of the ball in the lower Dantian.
11: Rub your hands and face, pat your head and body.
