Increase psychological stability, improve your communication abilities and become calmer and more confident
In the second level we continue to practice the Big Tree exercise. Unlike the first level, we work with the middle Dantian and the coccyx or tailbone area (Changjiang point). When the coccyx area opens, energy can freely flow up the spinal cord and get directly to the brain.
As a result of this practice, psychological stability increases, and causeless fears disappear. You will become calmer and more confident.
