Fourth Preparation Exercise:
THE DIVINE DRAGON STIRS THE SEA
The fourth preparation exercise is called “The Divine Dragon Stirs The Sea.” The main qualities of the Chinese dragon are wisdom and goodwill. It brings good luck, wealth and prosperity. It also manages the water element, controls the rains and floods.
This exercise helps to heal the lumbar region, strengthen the kidneys, develop sensitivity and ability to think in images. Through our own feelings and visualisation, we can learn to deeply feel the qualities that are inherent in the image of the dragon.
