Self Healing is an effective technique of diagnosis and healing of the body. This is the first exercise that you should do when you just start feeling unwell, and it is the last thing left to do when all other methods have failed.
The human body has a powerful ability to regenerate. Recovery requires the right environment. Any scratch will heal itself if external factors do not prevent it from healing. Our body itself knows how to recover – the main thing is to give it an opportunity. Finding this possibility is called Self Healing practice.
