In the third stage, we continue to practice the Big Tree exercise. Here we work with the upper Dantian and the area between the eyebrows (Mingtang point).  Upper Dantian is associated with wisdom, compassion, and your abilities.

In this practice, we use the image of our double. It is a special, direct method of studying oneself.
